I ordered this after seeing their ad, the portrait looked almost exactly like what they were showing. The teddy bear style was really cute without being too much, and my dog still looked like my actual dog, which was the main thing I cared about.

Shipping and updates were totally normal, and the final file was nice and clear. THEN BOOM, no weird surprises, no sneaky difference from the site photos, just exactly what I hoped I was getting. I’m happy with it and would use them again.
